Shipping
We ship to Oman from our warehouse in Bahrain.
Rates
Delivery is a flat OMR 2.500 per order, and free on orders over OMR 31.000.
Processing and delivery
Most orders are delivered 1–2 working days. Items marked as specially sourced are not held in our warehouse and take 3–7 working days — the delivery estimate is shown on each product page.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, dispatch may take a few additional days. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will contact you by email.
Customs and duties
Shipments travel within the GCC customs union. Any duties, taxes or clearance charges applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Contact us immediately if you believe you entered an incorrect address — once an order is dispatched we may not be able to change it.
Orders returned to us because of incorrect address details, the recipient being unavailable, or no response to delivery attempts are treated as undeliverable. Delivery and restocking charges apply in those cases. A refund for the products may be issued once the items are returned in their original condition, excluding delivery charges.
Lost or stolen parcels
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us at support@capon.shop and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
