Cap Size Guide
Measure your head correctly and choose the right fitted, stretch-fit or adjustable cap size.
How to measure your head
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head where the sweatband of a cap normally sits: just above the eyebrows, above the ears and around the widest part at the back. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug rather than pulling it tight.
Record the measurement in centimetres and measure a second time to confirm it. If you are between fitted sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.
Fitted caps
Fitted styles such as the New Era 59FIFTY use numbered sizes. Match your head circumference to the manufacturer size shown on the product page. A fitted cap should feel secure without creating pressure around your forehead.
Adjustable and stretch-fit caps
Snapbacks, strapbacks and most 9FORTY caps have an adjustable closure and cover a range of head sizes. Stretch-fit caps use grouped sizes such as S/M or L/XL. Check the available options on the product page before ordering.
